Arrived early. Looks great and gives a cosy feeling with the ‘real’ flame effect. So easy to set up. Chucks out some heat even on low.

The media could not be loaded. Only downside is calor have told suppliers no new contracts so you have to have a gas bottle to get a refill. transformed the conservatory Into a warmer room,so don’t have to keep using the heating to warm it.
has a nice glow at night and bangs out some heat on high. installed a co2 monitor in the room,but no problems yet. Arrived quickly, no damage.
