This book was very informative and helped me get through this scary journey. ! I'm 27 years old and had my 1st cyst when I was in college, around the age of 20. I limped my way to the natural foods store and bought everything the author suggested for the intensive treatment, except Himalayan salt and comfrey leaf.
But I was still in debilitating pain! I couldn't imagine doing everything myself while in so much pain.
