this dac is an absolute monster of pure sound performance, a bodybuilder in its heyday, while the r26 at this point played at mine ears like a bodybuilder who has just finished the phase of gaining muscle mass. The unbelievable aspect of this whole transaction is the sound.

- Detailed, detailed, detailed sound. To think that the DACs all sound the same way and\\ or that going too high with the investment when it comes to DAC is useless, is certainly a panacea for the pockets.

Dac super recommended great sound excellent stereo reconstruction with instrument positioning, faithful reproduction of the frequency spectrum, tested with both RCA and XLR outputs and is tested with high-resolution files and not on Quobuz! I recently upgraded to Quad Z speakers and noticed a lot of mid-range glare and music just sounded funny. I was using a holo spring DAC. I never thought that all the DACs sounded the same way, because every time I had two or more products at home and compared them, I found differences, sometimes clear, sometimes barely noticeable.

I expected it to be over a week. Bass digs deep while maintaining tightness. I do like it though. Both heat up a lot, both have the same power and pre-amplification section, both are DACs with discrete circuitry.
