Containing Ashwagandhe that research has shown to relieve stress and anxiety and Valerian that many studies have reported it increases GABA a neurotransmitter that inhibits unwanted nervous activity, these two plus some other herbs should help you fall asleep more easily and have a good quality sleep. The media could not be loaded. Pukka make quality teas that are found in most supermarkets and are lovely tasting.

Happy with the product and would buy and recommend. I like pukka teas and especially the evening ones but if I drink them too close to the bedtime I keep waking up visiting the loo.

I always liked valerian root as a supplement for night time and combination of more herbs makes this even more wholesome in my opinion. Inside the capsules are in a silver sachet. I tend not to have a problem falling asleep but since the menopause my sleep pattern has been awful, mainly waking up early around 4-5 am. Made using organic herbs and all in vegan friendly capsule.

I wouldn't have ever thought it, but they actually work. When I tried these I actually slept until 0630. They are on the expensive side for just one months supply which I feel is the only downside

It is advised to secure and fold the inner bag to keep them fresh and consume within 3 months. They are even better than the magnesium for the sleep and relax which I tend to take in the evening. These supplement for night time contain the natural plant products for sleep health. When opened you can really smell the valerian root.
