As a non cook, I have been able to easily follow several (so far) of these recipes and have impressed myself! I love the story behind how she has become so successful with mowgli. Mowgli chip potatoes are the best ever ! I found every time I wanted to cook a recipe I needed to go and get yet another spice ?

Delicious every time. I feel like once you have the basic spices you can pretty much cook anything in the book, this makes a change as lot of other cookbooks I have require obscure ingredients that you’ll only use for that recipe. Both lovely. Fabulous book great easy to follow recipes

Great recipes. Thanks! Highly recommended. My favourite recipes I’ve tried so far are the Keema, treacle tamarind fries and the butter chicken.
