It really is that simple, you just have to take the time when you are starting the timer. The Ticktime timer is so easy to use, as long as you are using one of the preset timers - 3, 5, 10, 15, 25, or 30 minutes. The easiest timer I ever saw.

I wouldn’t pay over £15 for it though. If you don't keep it standing up, you will see the light on the bottom showing you that it is charging. I could set this and use my energy to do a task and not on what time it was or how long I was doing something.

No more fiddling with your phone, and a much better idea for pomodoro timing - it has a 25 & 5 minute preset timer, you just set it down with the chosen time facing upwards. Our favorite, until now, shows the time winding down. Fairly easy to figure out . When you are down to just seconds, the number on top starts flashing - another cue.

I've bought another one one for my wife in the hope she gets as much from our as I have. Keep pressing the volume down through the different levels and you can mute the alarm. If I find I have a spare few minutes before a meeting is starting I set the timer for 3 or 5 minutes.

I love this little timer! Sure, it is easy enough to use your cell phone - but there are too many distractions just picking up the phone to even start the timer, or checking to see how much time is left, etc. In the past I've struggled to follow the pomodoro method, but this little device has really helped me stick to it, and stay focussed. This is a small alarm that helped tremendously with keeping up with doing chores.
