It is exceptional in solving operations that can be very complicated. The good news, is that the calculator comes with a tutorial, on how to use the calculator, called "Getting Started", (and also "Getting Started Python") in the Browse option on the main menu, in a folder called "Examples".

However I highly recommend watching or reading tutorials on the TI-Nspire to get used to it. I use it for my undergraduate degree in chemical engineering but it is useful in many other engineering firms. The calculator has a Computer Algebra System, enabling the user to work with algebraic equations on the calculator alone. It has extraordinary features like; Solve(), Factor(), Documents, Notes, Math Templates, and Exact or Approximate Answer methods.

Operational videos on 3rd party sites will definitely provide you with the necessary insight. It's worth it. This is the best calculator I ever purchased.

The most expensive calculator I’ve ever purchased by the way 😠 The battery life is top-notch as I have used it for weeks on end without worrying about charging (keep in mind I don't use it everyday/ all day). The ability to learn how it functions is relatively easy.

Be sure to get a case and if you want to fully understand the TI-Nspire(optional) get the TI-Nspire for Dummies book. It even comes with something called "scratchpad", where you don't need to create a document in order to perform quick calculations and graphs; you can just do it directly on the scratchpad with the press of a button. , but you need to install an app called "Ndless" for the TI n-spire CX II CAS (or whatever n-spire you use)).
