Very simple installation, in the cloud or locally, it works very well! I wasted an hour to understand how it worked properly, in fact I had to take the neutral cable to the cassette because my parents' house is not exactly the latest generation. It's great if you have 1.

Connecting it to the Wi-Fi generated by Shelly himself is impossible because it requires a password that does not exist. Errors upon errors (on iOS), even when it actually worked.

I purchased it to replace switches with 4 switches for one light, and the Shelly 1 simply exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not being able to monitor consumption in real time, a feature available on other more expensive versions. Once you understand (it's my 2nd Shelly), the installation (connection, configuration) is quite quick (the instructions are always brief). However, I plan to replace them in the future primarily for this option and not because the quality of this product is less than remarkable.

Its features are impressive, and even though it lacks a few real-time consumption monitoring options, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable home automation solution. However, with Google Home, if you access the 'Works with Google' section, it is impossible to associate the 'Shelly Smart Home' service, with the consequence of not being able to integrate voice commands in the 'Ok Google' style as expected. The light switch stays on and is controlled via app or Alexa.

This small object offers incredible value for money. Personally, I installed the module directly into the electric meter, but a small holder (found online) would have been helpful in fixing it properly next to his “buddy” circuit breakers.
