Overall, I like the product but one of the laundry bags is not sewn correctly. With good care, I believe this sorter can last quite some time and is a pretty good product for the price: Not sure if I received a return from someone else. Easy to assemble and its very sturdy, I bought 2 and one was perfectly aligned, the other I think is not quite square, but only a fraction out.

Use it to sort to your own system, I sort tops, bottoms and then everything else that doesn't need to be ironed, it is such a time-saver as I used to spend most of my laundry time sorting for ironing. Photo taken 2023, after 5 years of use. I've had the sorter for a few weeks now and have had no problems so far.

A picture paints a thousand words, this is one of my my laundry sorters after 2 weeks of use ie no outstanding washing, which is a first in this house! With 3 baskets it means that he can keep his darks, whites and bedding/towels organized separately and he can make a better judgement on when he needs to put on a wash as he can visably see which basket needs to be washed next.

I Definitely recommend using some sort of drill or electric tool to make sure those screw are on super tight. The rail is perfect to hang towels or bath mats that need drying after a shower and clothes that are not dirty or clothes out ready for the next day

The bag does not hang correctly; it has a "twist" to it. His previous wash basket was a large fabric bucket basket which wasn't sturdy and flopped over when too much washing was stuffed inside and not great for managing darks, whites and bedding! 2019: I only do my own laundry but can imagine this product would be a lifesaver for anybody who is doing the washing for more than one person.
