Nature's Aid have been responsible and included a patient information leaflet with the bottle which tells you what the herb interacts with and if you should or shouldn't take it too. So far, so good - I've had no adverse effects and it seems to be a tranquil dose just having one before bed time.

Based on the recommend intake, you’ve got 1-months’ supply in a bottle. Good product to use as supplement and aid in low mood. These do give me the boost I need, but they’re not a miracle cure. Whether herbal or not, antidepressants are intended to work best alongside other forms of therapy.

They have an almost metallic colour to them. Naturally it takes longer but is worth. It is basically an antidepressant and effects serotonin function, so just make sure you understand this first.

Each film-coated Ucalm® tablet contains 300mg of extract from St. Worth the money great mood Enhancer. I've been told you should use things like this for 6 months until you know if it will work (kind of like traditional antidepressants) and expect some side effects to begin with. I've taken these for a couple of years now and do so because I do find they help keep my mood form dipping, especially this time of year, and I prefer these as a natural option.

You also need to taper off them too, don't abruptly stop and give your body time to adapt. John’s Wort ariel parts (Hypericum perforatum L. Given the size and shape, these are very easy to swallow and don’t really taste of anything much. Great value for money.

Slight yeesty taste but not off putting, easy to swallow with a drink, sealed container, decent value Will continue to take. I'm only taking one a day as I'm quite sensitive to this herb and have had it hurt my stomach before.
