There are 2 notches on the top and another rough prominent area on the right side, unpleasant to touch when you swipe your finger on the touch screen. - sleep analysis is great. I have a small wrist and it fits perfectly. Thankfully the customer service was quick to access, and hopefully the return process through Amazon goes smoothly (it is a hustle to return items during lockdown).

Notifications can be enabled for calls and text messages, calendar updates but not WhatsApp messages ? A new one was sent out immediately. It finally failed this morning as I was getting dressed and found it halfway up my sleeve- you can see why in the photo.

I did try to use it to log alcohol consumption though as it made me think about how much and when! Thank you Fitbit and Amazon for no hassle replacements. Fitbit has a lot of work to do to convince the customers about the quality of its products because there are more and more competitors in the market. -although the basic version is free- is an expensive upgrade.
