Brilliant book ! This book is something , i was trying to mark what is important with a pencil so now basically all book is grey , if you are a boxer and you have problems or u are not confident enough this book is for you , I read it in a couple hours, I mean this book knows how to keep you focused on the info what’s in , everything is clear for understanding! It speaks on dealing with fear, anxiety and how they can be of use to propel you to championship status.
