I have now been using it for a few days and must say it is a fantastic helper. you can download the app and plan/schedule every step within minutes and then just leave the Vacuum to get to work. The setup process does take a 10-15 minutes if you don't already have an account and need to start from scratch, plus although the instructions are incredibly clear and easy to follow, there is a few steps to go through, but once setup it's so amazing.

Customer care admitted the obstacle avoidance does not, in fact, avoid any cables and they should all be lifted off the floor (which in our house is a very much hands on job). Self emptying is great, means you rarely have to take care of bins and it even mops and empties the dirty mop water. It also comes with some amazing software that will map your house, plot out different rooms and navigate without a problem.

The suction power is great. The ECOVACS DEEBOT T10 Plus from ECOVACS is such an incredible piece of kit.

The technology is way better than I expected and it hardly misses a bit. Highly recommended! And if you ever need an extra bit of hovering then you just speak to the product via voice activation and it will take care of the rest. I'm sharing an screenshot.

Very happy. We have a toddler, a 3 week old baby and two cats in the house so having this regularly working away picking up the pet hair in the background is a lifesaver!

So if you're unsure whether deebot is for you, just go get one knowing that if you're not 100% happy, their customer service will make you a believer. We gave him free roam of the house. Through the easy-to-use app, I can even select specific rooms for targeted cleaning. It's hard to think of any negatives to say about this vacuum.
