No complaints from me 🙂 I suffer badly from hay fever - and this year particularly so. I saw an ad for Becodefence Plus Nasal relief on the t. I never had a problem with hay fever but in recent years have developed it, mainly because of Tree Pollen.
I managed ok with a Hay Band which is a natural pressure point approach, but this year even that didn’t help. I was so impressed with the effectiveness, it’s really quick.
and went out next day to buy it. Just what I needed.
I have found this nasal spray to give good relief for up to 4 hours - and is much quicker acting than tablets. My eyes and nose stop running after 2-3 mins.
