Its 19. A long time ago when looking for a dell PA-9 I discovered that the PA-6 worked too and the only difference was the lower amperage. All this means is that it takes longer to charge a battery, as long as the amperage is high enough to power the system.
7a producing 90w of power. 5v 4. I was sceptical at first being so cheap but it works! Using this with a VAIO PCG k215z.
