Luckily we had a longer USB extender cord to attach to it so when we hung them on the wall it could plug in He wanted these bad and I think he is glad he got it. The media could not be loaded.

Bought 2 sets of them. I've had trouble with the remote and white box sensor, but they replaced everything quickly, great customer service.

If you're planning to put it on the wall, don't use the 3 pin connecters on the back, they're too tight and pulled my LED's off the wall. My 13 year old got for Christmas. The Sticky that's provided is more than enough!
