The newer style of these iron plates have changed design a smidge - I personally find the older ones slightly easier to pick out to read when there are a pile of plates on the floor, but that's just my personal taste. 5kg or 10kg plate sets become available again, fingers crossed.

Fantastic weight plates . Yes the plates do come with very minor manufacturing defects, mainly just cosmetic flecks, but overall built to a very good standard.

I also noticed the newer plates come with the centre treated much better than the older ones - this is usually where I get the most wear and tear on my older plates. 99 (20kg - 4 x 5kg). York Iron Plates 4 x 5Kg==================The york sets tend to be my goto weights and now that covid has settled down, items sold directly by Amazon as opposed to resellers seem to have stabilised a bit.

Initially i was concerned that the size might not fit my initial set but found the item suitable for use with 1 inch diameter dumbbells. you're having a laugh! That is what working out is! I was looking for a second pair of dumbbells.

York Fitness is a great brand producing some of the highest quality products out there and have never disappointed me. Even though these came up as out of stock but available for purchase, I took a gamble and just bought them but was lucky enough for it to come up quite quickly.
