I'm happy to recommend this product and can't wait to give it to my partner for his birthday . Traditional Panama style: smooth complex and rich with a little bite at the end. Very cool looking little centre piece for a home bar.

You can decant and fill with your favourite rum if you prefer but this was a gift for my hubby and he loved the favour. The legend that goes with the cask ,about sailors ' tapping the admiral when Lord Nelsons body was transported home after the battle of Trafalgar in a barrel of spirit ( believed to be rum ) is apt too as we visited the Portsmouth dockyards and saw the actual barrel itself on the HMS victory. I should point out that it's not wooden but plastic, I already knew this when I ordered it .
