I needed a starter midi keyboard. Now the good bit, I plugged in my M-Audio sustain pedal and opened up a piano in Ableton Live, to my pleasant surprise it is plug and play (once I remembered to actually turn it on at the back ;)I can now tell you that this keyboard plays like and absolute dream, better than any other keyboard for the price, the keys have a decent weight to them and the velocity works well. ie=UTF8&psc=1 as the delivery date was put back 3 times, I've a feeling I may have dodged a bullet.

The total width of the keyboard is roughly the same width as a full-size QWERTY computer keyboard. co. I was looking for a cheap and cheerful solution just to be able to play some basic keys in Logic and Ableton having made do with using the qwerty keyboard for synths and keys for so long.

Great controller, does what it says on the tin, however the stop, play and record controls do not automatically integrate into Ableton or Cubase you have to set it up yourself. It has lots of teaching materials online and comes with a host of supplementary apps including Ableton live 10.

The software has to be downloaded but is comprehensive enough to start off with. The keyboard's various functions can be edited "on board" by pressing the edit and combinations of other buttons/keys: RTFM for details and guidance. It's not that big, so it does not take up much space.

The keyboard itself seems well-built enough if a little cheap but what you'd expect for the price. I am happy and use my product diligently.
