I replaced these with 2 x 60cm long high capacity bungee’s with 70mm steel carabiner ( 180kg loading each) and further carabiner attached at the cross of the two bungees to hang the bag from the rafter. He will be thrilled when he receives the item & will update later on with his progress.

Outstanding value guys! The bag came with ceiling/rafter bracket and fixings which are very substantial.

Happy customer quick delivery Also the robust steel hanging chains and rotations support ring are very noisy, adding to the vibration through the bracket and into the ceiling/rafter. I am currently repairing this with a more robust solution and non abrasive ring.

The 5’ bag is heavy and well packed with clean ripped rags. Great bag with good weight to it.
It’s a good cause it’s hooked into the wall & not onto wood. Braces are good. Arrived very well packaged with all items present. Also comes with bag gloves, skipping rope and kids wraps.
All the fixings and good quality chains. I’m a 6’4” and 17 Stone frequent gym user, so I wasn’t sure how it would stand up to punishment. Excellent Product and quality. Within a couple of uses, the bottom webbing with a “D” ring to attached to a floor weight for stability do not faired well.
It’s fairly okay to put up - my husband put it up himself. This has stopped the noise completely and in use the only noise is the gloves on bag and my grunts! Although I would recommend to use a high density neoprene foam pad between the metal bracket and ceiling/rafter to dampen noise transmission. The design uses a steel ring that is not welded together, allowing the cut end of the bent metal to fray the webbing and eventually cut through the strap.
