Doubtful these metal sharpeners all broke in transit. The blades cut really well and create a nice point that I like to write with.

Great little pencil sharpener, sturdy, great for difficulty w/ soft make-up liners. I write a lot and take a lot of notes, so pencils are constantly being used here.

Needed this sharpener for a chalk pencil. I only used the two different brands of colored pencils. They were kind enough to send a replacement and I got it a few days later.

I like that the pencil sharpener was wide because of the dual holes. You can't beat the price. Since I kept misplacing the plastic pencil sharpener I decided to order these aluminum ones and epoxy them in various places around my shop, like on my workbench, etc. The Royal colored pencils are not good but the pencil sharpener was good.
