Research is key for all purchases. Chances are the batteries inside are 3. I was able to charge a Oneplus 9 four times and a Galaxy S9 almost twice which is roughly 23,000mah making it as good or better then the two other 30,000mah banks I have. No need to hold or long press, just a single tap and it remains on whatever you choose until you unplug a device, where it will reset to the battery level.
