I believe in the power of journaling and a order all different types of journals not quite knowing what to expect until I have it in my hands. Positive You was written by a self-describing “curvy Millennial black woman” who explains in the introduction that journaling was her first step to heal low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and “body acceptance issues”.

Highly recommend This journal, from everything I can see, is designed to bring everyone up. There are six sections starting with embracing who you are and progressing through a logical order of phases of opening your mind, nourishing your body, and then looking to fulfill your dreams, surround yourself with people who are positive, and daily gratitude.
