So in other words, you have to dial fairly slowly and precisely. I have noticed that when I dial out all numbers work ( # too. So I wouldn't consider this as a downside. There is a slight chance, if you have fat fingers, like me, of managing to use the digit twice (which I did), but if you have the handset to your ear (which I did) you will hear the tone for the digit being selected twice, so can abort the call, and start again.

Please don’t be put off though, they are still a little bit of nostalgia and have a very classy look. I hear very clearly while I am on the phone on this one.
