Upon inspection of my original battery 6cells we're not connected correctly meaning BMS was not optimising the battery charge and discharge). The bike only starts after a short delay, which is a good thing, otherwise starting off would be rather tricky.

The same was true when I raised the battery issue alot of customer blaming bearing in mind I am a qualified bike tech and I informed them of this so I know how to get every last mile from the battery and how the lithium ion battery needs to be cared for. Very good lighting, with brake lights.

For the lighting it is enough to get back on the road at night for help. It arrived very well packaged and was easy to set up. when you reach 25 km/h “+, -”, you start pedaling in idle but the truth is that at this speed you are doing quite well.

the electric motor is quite powerful, it will quickly take you to the desired speed. The battery only gives 35 real world miles not the stated 64miles/100km I ride on mostly flat ground and have a battery cover with heating elements and it's own power bank to keep it warm at 22c I used assist level 2 I weigh 85kg (iam assuming the battery is faulty likely BMS issue caused by some faulty cells. (I cannot know for sure as I haven't opened the battery up to preserve the warranty). Brakes to be adjusted.
