About this deal
All items are new and sealed. Featuring the voices of Ewan McGregor, Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton and Christoph Waltz, this Pinocchio infuses an oft-told story with bold new resonance about how to live courageously and compassionately. This dark interpretation of the fable of a boy puppet and his creator, realized with stunningly complex stop-motion animation that won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, boldly takes the story to fascist Italy, where the unstoppable Pinocchio gradually learns what it means to be human through his experience of war, death and sacrifice. Whether a budding playwright, a natural performer or a National Theatre super fan there is something for everyone. Some indie titles or signed editions may not have shrinkwrap.

I went there and away. Yes, in any case, the peak of the year. The story behind the making of this instant classic is awe inspiring due to the commitment of taking a fresh new look at the fairy tale, this time set in Fascist Italy during World War II.

Oscar winner for Best Animation Feature, it took my breath away for its pure heart and artistry. Years in the making, this beautiful movie has been celebrated as a masterpiece based on it's animation, voice acting, emotional depth, music and visuals. It was a life long passion to make this stop action creation by director del Toro, and it shows in the attention to the smallest details.
