I was fortunate enough to receive an early copy of We Are The Luckiest by Laura Erin McKowen. In this novel Laura McKowen recounts her struggle with getting sober and it’s a truly powerful read.

It’s so good, I am already reading it a second time. I think the most magical part of this book is her sharp yet tender analysis of humanity, connection, and fear; and by sharing her own healing process, she offers a place for readers to heal and to become their most authentic self.
