It is completely clear, with flecks of gold inside and a small flower nestled in the base of the lipstick. 4g and states that is is a 'lip quencher'. It is lighweight, but when you rub your lips together even half an hour later, you can still feel it is on.

I really like the clear base, with some gold flecks in too. The packaging is simple and the branding quite prominent. The actual product sits level with the silver inner when not extended.
It soaks into your lips well and does feel moisturising. It feels very comfortable on and is odourless and tasteless, which I personally find good. It is 4.
This is an oddly original lip balm/lipstick from INC. What is lovely is the none sticky texture and the fact you can apply it and forget about it, letting it do it's job. It also gives a very small amount of shine.
