I might have to fix the gaps which lets the light in, as i need it to be pitch black in the bedroom, but other than that, im really happy with this! One plunger is not sticking but it came with a spare any way. This black blinds works perfect for my flat as one of the ceiling window has sunlight coming through which are so bright that it effects our working and overall ambiance in the house during the daytime.

The colour is very nice (red/wine) and material feels good quality/thickness. I’m having mixed results with the suction cups, some seem to stick so hard it takes huge force to reposition, one or two lose suction sometimes. I thought i had the exact measurement, but who knows.

The light leakage was intolerable rendering the product useless. I needed a cheap, quick fix for an upstairs room converted to an office, without spending ££££ on proper velux blinds. I'm sure they will be used in Summer too.

I Bought these for my office window as the winter sun is very low and shines right onto my monitor. I needed a blind for a GGL-7 velux window, so bought the nearest size 30x45 and made a little fold at the bottom of the blind using pins. Fast delivery too & came a day early. If you are buying this as a sleep aid, light leakage around the edges might not be so critical as you probably don't want absolute pitch darkness.

I was wrong. This blind is good, not great or a fixture you will be proudly showing off to friends! Seems to block out the light pretty well (not perfect for me, again as I knew it would not be a perfect fit and I have not done a great job amending the size). Could only get Maroon delivered quickly but actually really liked the colour in the end so much we are going to do a curtain that colour

The fabric is really good though, its very thick and stabile. If you do, get the larger size.

It’s SW facing & gets full sun most of the day. Thick material will def last well. I knew I was buying something that didn’t fit exactly so no complaints in that respect.
