As pictured, I mix True Lime in a 14-15 oz Nalgene bottle, which is slightly stronger than the recommended 16 oz. And if you add crushed ice to it it's like having a low calorie Margarita. I add this to 4 tbs of chia seeds + 1/4 cup water and makes healthy flavorful snack! I can happily say the True Lime Black Cherry Limeade Mix has all the wonderful flavor of the beloved fountain drink - without the syrupy sweetness, sugar, and carbonation.

Crystal Light also has a low calorie count, but is higher in price for 10 packets, and lists (14) ingredients including chemical concerns like aspartame. I only give these 4 stars because the flavor is not strong like I like it.

There's a "tear across" tab which is very subtle and require a bit more force than expected to pull across, which may be a good thing to prevent accidental spills.
