While the quality and design are undoubtedly top-notch, the price could be a deterrent for some potential buyers. Although it had a lot of good reviews, I couldn't get used to the extended magic keyboard (with side numeric keypad) mainly because of the "very short" travel distance of the keys - it almost hurts my hands at the end of the day if I have to type a lot. Once anchored in the Apple cosmos, the corresponding Apple keyboard is of course also suitable. I like is very comfortable

The battery seems to last quite a while, but I don't think it's quite as good as the older model. Space grey Magic Trackpad and Space Grey Magic Mouse but white keyboard.
