I think the engineers must have studied all other DAPs and took the best of the best to create this gem. I worried for the touch response first, but no problem at all.

4mm balanced cable with my Meze 109 Pro headphones as well as my Final Audio E5000 earbuds and also connecting it to my home stereo system using the 3. Furthermore, in every instance the screen brightness level self changed to minimum brightness which meant I had to retreat to a dark place in order see the screen well enough to make the corrections. Over the years (since the first iPods) I have used many digital audio players - this one is the best and I am thrilled to have discovered it!

The sound this unit produces is outstanding! No less than three times this unit has for no particular reason at all switched itself from earphone output level to line output level which means full volume, with no warning.

5mm jack with tremendous success. I was not any more active at the time than strolling down the street with the player in my pocket and my hands nowhere near it. What more can I say :) Get one while they are available! I cannot recommend this unit for safety reasons.
