Every single recipe is exciting, well instructed, colourful and easily sourced. Thank you for this contribution to culinary excellence. I was unsure about this book. The fact there is a browning recipe alone, sold it for me.

However Am I glad I purchased it. It is one book, I will pass down to my daughter. Thrilled with my purchase and very eager to get cooking. Melissa has taken me on a journey, of Jamaican cuisine, the history and pictures, add to the brilliance of this book.

Living in an area where, Caribbean ingredients are not easily sourced, is a life saver.
