I will admit, The first week my scalp did get quite a few pimples along the hair line, but I have very sensitive skin so any changes to my routine usually causes breakouts. This conditioner leaves my hair so silky smooth and with consistently amazing results. Love it! It's so shiny it looks fake- at least my sister said so.

It came in a golden bottle with a tamper seal you need to peel off. I had fried my hair with years of bleaching it and decided to dye it my natural color and let it grow.

I'm not sure if it's the fact that I ordered it from Ulta, but I can say with 100% honesty, I DO like the new formula over the old one. I then add a pea sized amount of th3 conditioner to my soaking wet hair (focusing on my ends most) when I get out of the shower. I religiously used the all soft shampoo and conditioner when I used to dye my hair a lot, and trying to get my hair back to my original color damaged my hair.
