Since I didn't need them right away I didn't know one was defective and I'm past the return date. These cartridges have been perfectly fine for any other purpose, but if you need super dark/solid blacks in anything beyond basic text, it may not be uniform. Big shoutout to Vivian and toner ink services for making my day. Kids and parents very happy with their purchase.

Rated 5 stars. Save $$ and no problems These printer inks are well worth the money & the print quality is like having the genuine new ones.

No problems with compatibility and basic printing needs, but on larger areas that should be fully black, the toner doesn't always come out very thick. 😔Within a week I received at letter (yes snail mail, unusual in this age, but a comment on how much they value the customer). Looking forward to doing more business with them.

I chose to replace the cartridge. They said in spite of rigiouous testing sometimes this might happen. Great value for money.

They are significantly less expensive! I've not been able to see any difference between these and the original ones that came with the printer. Just put in the first cartridge and this is what I got. Simple to install when the cartridges that came with the print ran out of toner.
