I can recharge and carry🥰 After a learning curve, I haven't had any issues with making milkshakes, adding ice cubes, etc. I don't know where this belongs now, but do know the rubber inserts that are in the groove of the motor base, need to be pushed in all the way for the blender to close fully and to line up the arrows. , except for syrup/powder sticking to the sides of the jar and a rubber ring coming off.

I do wish there was customer service listed so I could find out where this rubber ring belongs. Love the product, not dishwasher safe. Warped on top shelf, 2nd wash. :)

I am disappointed it doesn't have a "to go" lid, but I missed that in the description. I've used it 10+ times and have only charged it twice and probably didn't need to charge it then.
