I've had it for a week, so far everything is going well and I'm happy with the purchase. On the console are four quick access inclines measured in degrees, these are 3, 6, 9 and 12 degrees and these too can be more finely controlled by this time using the plus and minus switches on the left hand grip of the machine which will increase or decrease one degree at a time.

The same results can be achieved using the plus and minus buttons on the console. Great investment no excuse for a quick workout on a rainy or snowy day! The default inclination for the treadmill is 0 degrees.
