Brighter for longer so far. Not to mention, using 3 AAA batteries won't allow full brightness with the ACTIK CORE headlamp (at least not on the ACTIK CORE I bought several years ago). Now works fine with Core battery or three aaa batteries as before. Will see how well it lasts as to how well it stacks as value but already has practical benefits of being able to charge in situ.

The ACCU CORE battery is several grams less weight than 3 AAA lithium batteries. This was early in the morning on departure day and smoke from California fires had descended on the Sierra Lake I was camped at.
