These are dials are just ok. I’ve used many Russel Hobbs products in the past and they never fail to disappoint. I never do white appliances either, so having a black unit is a welcome addition. There’s a cable storage area at the front by the dials which is very useful during storage.

To summarise, a smart looking, good quality oil filled radiator, that although an expensive method of heating, is great for areas where no other heat source is available. g. It has 2 physical knobs for power and heat control.

Once the room has been properly heated, the thermostat switches it off as it should, and it only comes on to maintain the temperature which is quite rarely if I'm being honest. The top knob switches it on, then has 3 separate power settings, while the bottom one is a continuous clockwise knob that adjusts the max heat( I've just put them both on their highest settings). Once the appliance has reached temperature, heat is plentiful and performs just like a conventional wet-system radiator.
