Better than any restaurant in St Catharines Ontario Canada. I've made a dozen recipes from this book and loved them all except one.

) Some fantastic reciepes within, can't wait to give them a try! Great recipes, can be adulterated for veggies too, though there are a lot of veggie recipes in there already.

It is a fab book if u want to learn to make a variety of delicious food. It's a beautiful book with really great photographs of India its people, their food and their shops and stalls. Attached is a photo of my version of the Beef Vindaloo, made in a Karahi pan Stein recommends, which I bought from Amazon. My brother had this book and I knew what it contained.
