I can't stand up in it, but I didn't want that - I have a big tent already. The tent fabric seems to hold onto more water that seems normal which can make it a mess to pack away.

I want a sense of space and freedom of movement, and that's what you get with this tent. We use S locking carabiners at festivals to prevent anyone trying to take shortcuts through the porch! When it was pissing it down in the Dordogne in June, the side-door zips started leaking water into the 'veranda' bit (despite the bit of waterproof(?

57 x 0. This makes it a good option if you are putting the tent up in rubbish weather. ) that somehow this led to the bit of fabric above the side-doors then also starting to leak. In Summary.

The media could not be loaded. The porch area is large enough for me to sit in and cook in.

I'm a 65 year old woman and I wanted a tent which I could easily pitch alone but would offer more comfort than smaller tents for a few nights' camping. I have camped in it for a fortnight with a suitcase and big rucksack full of equipment, and there's plenty of room for the luggage and my inflatable bed inside the bedroom. We have used the tent for two people, but that doesn't leave a lot of room for your gear, especially if you are camping for more than a few days.

We comfortably fit 2 camping chairs, supplies, a camping table and a cooking stove inside this bit of the tent, and spent time reading with food and cups of tea whilst taking shelter from the rain (see 1/2 photos)Other design features we like include:The way the sleeping quarter is separated - though connected - to the outer tent layer. As a total novice, I managed to put this up single-handedly in about an hour. I don't know if it's an issue with the coating on the fabric, but even where the fabric is at an angle, enough water to noticeably wet a towel sticks around such that you either have to leave the tent up to dry or dry it yourself. Tent lines are a fluorescent green/yellow colour which makes them hard to miss!

The good definitely outweighs the not so good. I have used this tent in windy weather and with torrential rain, and it stays very stable and completely dry inside. Overall, despite the cheap eyelets, I'm happy I've got it fixed and that I'll be able to continue using this tent. I had it to myself though and the bedroom was very cosy.
