Saved so much time! I had to use my own brush to get all the thin vegetable skins off the blades.

This product makes short work of any vegetable I want to cut, whether it’s diced or sliced. I am on my second tool because the hinges keep breaking off. My only regret is I did not buy it sooner.

High quality plastic, very sharp cutting edges - need to clean with brush only, do not touch them with bare hands in any way! I just received this in the mail and I'm already in love with this product and I haven't even used it yet. What I hated about cooking was the prep work of cutting and chopping.

This is the best mandolin I've ever bought and I bought them all. The left photo was ratatouille that took 1+ hours to cut as precisely as possible by hand.

Even if you just rinse it so there are no food particles left to dry it cleans a lot easier. I like to finely mince my vegetable and it’s very time consuming. I have found it much easier to clean immediately after use than letting it sit and the food to dry.
