She was Aelin Fireheart. Nothing about this book goes how I expected, in all the best ways, and there’s SO MUCH I want to say but how do I do that without giving none stop spoilers? I will always love Sam Cortland! And I can’t say anything more specific without ruining the OH so many “WAIT, what?

And that reunion was everything! This new edition was all good. "*PSA! the book is gorgeous, my only slight issue is that QoS looks like it was dropped or manhandled at one point (just at the top of the spine and the bottom of the dust cover is a bit lifted).
