I have watched a fair amount of the fresh and fit podcast over the last year or so and thought I would buy this book as I support there message completely and also other male help podcasts there connected too. Any man, trying to pursue a successful relationship should read this book, Myron is doing a great service to the men out there with his book and podcast ‘Fresh and Fit’. Ladies don’t take it personal, he’s very direct. I'm a 31 yo male from the UK and had a similar mindset to these guys before watching there channel and have ended my last 2 relationships for alot of the things said in this book.

Never the less, Myron G, has illustrated what men need to be aware of with the present dating market. I'm an average guy and struggled with the poor quality of treatment you get from woman of today but haven't accepted it as my end goal and I just want more men around me to wake and stop marrying these 304's.
