I bought this bow gym because I had been spending long hours sitting in front of my computer. Sturdy cast aluminum construction, miles ahead of even gorrila bow! The bands are really great quality, they give that constant pull similar to that of weights. Bands seem to be of good quality with strong resistance and good stretch.

Really portable with a free bad and gloves makes this whole package a really attractive and must have for those who want to take it to places or don't want to lug around heavy dumbbells.
