- It doesn't drip - easy to transport anywhere - no tangled cables - Weight even with the battery is completely fine I was very skeptical about the battery at the beginning, as it is quite heavy. The bad is the cool down time, which is prolonged (part of the moulded case near the nozzle gets very warm too).

Since I already have many Makita 18 volt cordless tools, this hot glue gun was a welcome addition. The battery life with a 5 Ah battery is easily one hour.

The obvious place for it is in the glue stick entry hole, but it doesn't fit in it fully and falls out. First test passed very well It doesn't fit the nozzle, nor is it big enough to slide over a glue stick end.
