Maybe a few little scruff marks on the edges from being handled and some minor dints/foldings around the edge of the covers but nothing worth getting upset about. But it's a little minor.

The characters are already “canceled” so if you don't feel comfortable with that kind of reading better try something else to read. Yes, the story has holes and inconsistencies but this is almost imperspectible (at least for me) in the course of the book due to fluidity. It's not my favorite triology, but I have a special affection for him for being the first.

Aaron is just an eh character. There were paragraphs that I find ridiculously large for no reason and the descriptions they contained were at times unnecessary but it was still so good. Which even though I did that it still hurt my hands after a while of reading. But I was so captivated in the story it took my notice away in no time.

Personally, this is now my favourite series of all time! Though trigger warning on some sensitive topics and confronting scenes ⚠️ If you choose this reading, please NOTE THE TRIGGERS before starting, there are not a few (especially in the raven king).

They are stiff! The characterisations were just GOLD. Seriously, someone had to tell Riko what a piece of shit he is and Neil did not disappoint!
