I do have to admit, aside from a few dialogue differences, the movie mimics this book almost flawlessly. Later that night, on All Hallows Eve and a blood moon, Poppy, Isabella and Travis decide to ditch the party and sneak up to the Sanderson sisters house with an ouija board. As for the ending, it has me excited as it hints another story to be told and I'm hoping there will be.

Perfect to read to the kids on Halloween Day! It came a little hit from the corners but nothing serious, the design is beautiful and has a very peculiar smell, certainly one of my best acquisitions in literature It's an absolutely amazing book that I will definitely be reading for years to come.

This was a long review and I could of pointed out some other things, but I'll end it in saying that I enjoyed it and definitely recommend for all hocus pocus fans. I have yet to read the all-new sequel - still not 100% ready for that yet after reading and re-reading the original story over and over again. Therefore, I just had to add the book to my collection ;) And, this particular edition is absolutely gorgeous. OMG this would be awesome!

Still reading I’m on part 2 now but could read and read and read it over again, 🖤 worth getting I was anxious to see how the Sanderson sisters would navigate 2018 vs when they did in 1993 and I got a laugh of what they found to fly on this time, for one, a swifter, lol and as well as the memory box, aka cell phone.

It’s just like the movie and u can imagine it all in your head. "Then" is the first Hocus Pocus and follows the story of Max, his little sister Dani, and his friend Allison, and of course Thackery Binx, who have to save their town of Salem from the Sanderson sisters.

(somehow there's literally three copies of this book in my house now lol). This for me is five stars all the way as I loved revisiting the story that I've always been a fan of, but as we all know, books give us extras, so my excitement grew. If you are a fan of the movie this book is a must read, if only for the feelings of nostalgia!

The cover is Amazing and its bigger than I thought but I would totally say give it a chance because I love it ❤ "Now" is the sequel to Hocus Pocus. I would love to see Hocus Pocus & The All-New Sequel into a movie. Poppy's name isn't even Poppy in the movie, Travis doesn't exist either.
