About this deal
Fill a basin with cool water and add a capful of wig shampoo with one teaspoon of baking soda. Fill a basin with lukewarm water. Submerge the hair in the water and swish it around gently for one minute. Wear suitable, disposable gloves. Use shampoo and hairbrush gently. Set and dry naturally. If hair is relaxed, use 20 volume developer only. Add entire contents of Excellence HiColor HiLights tube and mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
Saturate the selected hair based on the desired effects.
Rinse with warm water until water runs clear and then shampoo.
Rinse hair well after the processing time.
Always apply hair color on dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.
Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Absolutely love this colour. I love this product, it’s quicker as I no longer need to bleach first, it’s bright and it doesn’t stain I don't have to bleach my hair to get a vibrant red .
