I used a stronger dilution 1:4 as it was so slimy. After a day or two the yellow colour will go away, and the slabs will be protected against its return for some months.

The second photo was taken today (1. Used this instead of buying a pressure washer - applied on Saturday and again on Sunday as you can see it was very green and the after photo is only Monday! I can not recommend it highly enough! Gone are the days of pressure wash/ sweep/bleach/moss removal - one bottle of Patio Magic does it all.

Our very old coloured patio was black - we live 500yards from the sea and it had all sorts of lichen and miss on it. We applied using 4-1 mix in a watering can and soaking patio. After reading the reviews and instructions and as it was on offerwe thought we would give this a try its early days but we are having some mixed reactions and I will post pictures in a week or so .

No brushing or scrubbing required! The every old slabs we have in the front garden have lighted a little but nothing to shot about. I genuinely do not review anything, however I rely on reviews a lot!

All I did was spray the product from a garden sprayer ( ratio 1:4 with water ), took me five minutes to do the back of the house and the front. I must add that having reassurance that there is no slippy moss under foot on the many rainy days we have here in Devon is worth it's weight in gold also. I’m basically a busy working woman, as are most people! but the never slabs in the garden are remarkable lighter and look great a look like someone has cleaned them.
